Michelle began her Yoga journey fifteen years ago after the birth of her son. With a combination of Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa flow, mountain biking and healthy eating she was able to lose the sixty-five pounds she gained during her pregnancy. Michelle soon realized how much this beautiful moving meditation wasn’t just for helping develop a strong body. She was loving the benefits of this practice in her body, mind, and spirit. Michelle decided she wanted to share this knowledge with others by getting her YTT200 from the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts and has been teaching for the past five years. She is also certified to teach Yin, Restorative, Yoga for PTSD, Pre-natal, and Nidra. Her biggest desire is to teach, serve, and share her love of this ancient science of Yoga and meditation with others.
